to align a Mailchimp form in the footer

Hello there!
I’m having issues with aligning my subscription form as it is here: *Login to see link
You can see my problem in the footer:

I tried to apply css attributes “clear:both;” to element #mc_embed_signup input#mce-EMAIL
and “flow:right;” to
#mc_embed_signup input#mc-embedded-subscribe,
#mc_embed_signup input#mc-embedded-subscribe:focus
and it didn’t look better than:

After that, I removed those attributes.
I already have a form which is aligned properly and it is under the same CSS rules (please see the page: *Login to see link dio)
but it doesn’t work in the footer.
Could you help me with that?
