Contact forms and plugins plus integration with Mailchimp (Ascend theme)

hi Ben/Hannah,

I’ve installed plugin WP forms and was under the impression that is what I’m using (Contact form).
I want to make use of Mailchimp and noticed now that I’ve also got Contact from 7.
Asume I can link the WP Forms to Mailchimp OR do I need to have additional plugin?

Another thing that bothers me is I cannot see on my existing contact form that I use the WP forms for it: [kt_contact_form style=”light” enable_math=”false”]

On my home page I have subscribe option, is that one perhaps using the WP forms plugin?

I am Sooooooo very Confused. What I want is a pop up on home page for people to subscribe, and then obviously a contact form (page), right?
Why do some people have a subscribe pop up and then a few minutes later another pop up re: newsletter. Isn’t it same thing :-)?

Which pop up is best to use?
