how to remove background color on submenu footer

Hi Ben,
I just set up my footer menu with navigation menu and when it pops up the submenu has background color button on it.
I just want to make it just link as normall footer menu category not looks like click button.
please help me how to remove the color on it?
and also i would like it center all the footer column as it doesnt look neat.
