Wanting to use center logo w/ menus on both sides. and Still have secondary menu

Looking to do something that probably can be done as usual. I get that choosing the menu option that has logo in center and then “Main” menu links to the left and then “secondary” links to the right. However we would still like menu links located where the secondary links traditionally sit.

Is there an option I missed that can let this happen?
