Creating an app in Virtue

Hi there
I have a development question, from a novice point of view

I want to create an app that replaces a paper self-development questionnaire. The app present a series of questions to the user, and display results on a radar chart (once they have been categorised and ordered.)
The purpose is to encourage sharing of my site and also getting email addresses by adding something relevant and of value
I’m not a programmer but recognise there’s lots of apps out there that might make this do-able for me with a bit of trial and error. for example I’ve been looking at the wordpress charts plug-in.

How would I go about doing this on my Virtue themes site? What do I need to think about in terms of compatability? Can you point me to any information resources that would help
