Center shrink logo size issue

Hello
Slider for logo start size doesn’t increase logo size, just adds padding?
So, at slider setting 168, I have little or no padding. At slider setting 300 the logo is the same size as it was at 168, but there’s 20 or so points of padding.
How can I maximize the logo size?
