Anchor link to section on a different page in an accordion

Is it possible to create an anchor link from one page to another that goes to a specific section of an accordion?
Under ‘General Memberships’ and ‘President’s Circle Memberships’ on this page there are lists of memberships by level.
On this page the membership levels are listed starting with ‘Premium’ in an accordion tab. I’ve included an anchor link from the 1st page to the 2nd using the following:
<a href="*Login to see link target="_blank">Double Diamond</a>
but it takes me to the top of the accordion…? Is there a way to have the link go to the expanded accordion area?
