Issue with anchor links on Chrome

Hello,
Recently, anchor links stopped working on Chrome (running MacOS): *Login to see link
Using Safari, it works well.. For exemple, *Login to see link
So it looks like an issue with Chrome (rather than Virtue) … yet, if I switch themes to Twenty Seventeen, anchor links work back in Chrome!?
Any idea how to circomvent this issue?
