We’ve been asked to correct some vulnerability issues on a site we created for a banking institution. They’ve had a third party company perform several vulnerability tests on the site and sent us some issues to correct / change.

Can you please provide any input on the requirements below?

• Reconfigure site headers not to disclose server vendor and version information.
• Set the following HTTP header at least in all responses which contain user input: X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
• The following header should be set: X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block

Site in question: Camino FCU
