Remove white space to left of Image Carousel

I often use a Virtue Image Carousel on the home page, folks really seem to like it. To the right there is never any white space, one of the pictures typically acts as something of a teaser. There is always some white space (margin, padding, whatever) to the left. Any way to get ride of this and have the first image in the carousel tight against the left frame of the page? Obviously not a big deal, just a would-be-nice kind of thing. Thanks!
