Page Builder required for demo content AND Shrinking header demo gone?

The message at the top of Kadence Themes Importer says:
“Page Builder Inactive.
If you would like to install demo content with page builder elements please activate page builder”
Confusing as to whether or not this is a required plugin for using demo content?
AND: Last night I was looking at the demo with a shrinking header. Now it seems to be gone?
Please advise.
