Unable to install pagebuilder

Hi
On my site kuber.no I am unable to install the pagebuilder plugin for some reson.
When I click install an error message comes back – telling me that the plugin file already exists so the plugin cannot be installed.
Oh – and for some reason – on this site I do not have an “edit” option for the theme, undre the apperance menu, so I’m unable to edit/ check my childtheme which is usually no problem – I have not experienced this when using the theme on other sites.
Can You se what is wrong?
