All widgets missing and pages could not be opened

Hi and Happy New Year,
This happened after a release of homepage. The homepage is released on Internet and works very fine, but in the Admin I cannot open any page. I can see the page list but they cannot be opened. After clicking a page I see only a page with 3 fields: Heading, Sort by, Exclude.
In the Plugins all widgets are missing.
Is it something with the theme or where can this be fixed?
Do you need more information from me?
