contact page address location not showing

Hi team!

I made a contact page, entered the address in the ‘address line 1’ field, entered the same address in the ‘map center’ field, set the ‘map zoom level’ to 15 – but the location is not showing on the map. The map appears but not showing the address location.
I played with the zoom levels but that didn’t bring up the address on the map either.

Is there something I need to adjust to have the address location show..? Or what am I missing? Here’s the link.
