RECIPE Blog Models using Virtue?

Hello!
I’m have Virtue Premium and am looking at how I might create a healthy food blog which will have 167 recipes to start out with. I wondered if you know any blog models that I might research who have used your Virtue theme for a similar type blog.
I thought that I would create a portfolio for both the categories and recipe selections and single page for each recipe. Any suggestions would be helpful. I do have the Kandence Membership ~ so nut sure if any of the additional tools/plugins would be recommended. I want the site to be pretty clean and simple.
