Removing Plugins

Hello!
I’m using Virtue premium for http://www.ShopGes.com and wanted to delete plugins that I’m not using.
For example I’m not using:
Page Builder by SiteOrigin
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
WPBakery Visual Composer
(I’m using “Beaver Builder” to create our web pages.)
Is is OK to delete these plugins OR should I just deactivate them? I’ve read that you don’t want to have too many plugins…
