I’m working on THIS SITE right now, and it looks beautiful when it has the entire browser window in which to display. However, if you don’t have the browser window maximized, or have your favorites bar up in the left margin, or simply resize the window at a certain point things go south. I believe it’s because the Primary Menu is forced to wrap causing the logo and background to get terribly misaligned. Maybe the tagline plays into it as well?

I was wondering if it might help to implement the Mobile Menu once the screen hits around 960 pixels or smaller, or if there’s even a way to determine this on the fly and make it happen. Any other suggestions? Am I doing something wrong, or is this header design just too packed to scale nicely?
