Remove header widget padding

I have a picture in my header widget that I would like fit tightly against the topbar (on top) and the secondary menu on the bottom. I could’ve sworn this was working just fine, but when I changed some percentages I ended up with about a 10px padding above the picture. I put things back the way they were, but the space is still there. I have 5px of top padding on the logo, but even when I removed this the problem still exists.
