change footer font color for text and links

How can I change the font color in the footer of the links and their hover over color?
Here’s my link
I’m hoping to accomplish 2 things:
#1 for my email address in the bottom left to appear white, and green (#54a031) when you hover over it (so it can be read with the brown background)
#2 for the menu in the 3rd footer to also be white font color as default, and then the background just to turn into green (which it already does) and the text stays white when you hover over it
Can you help?
