Problems with slider

I am feeling frustrated and feeling like you are not reading my issues thoroughly.
1. The landing page does not load properly when the Kadence Slider Pro in turned on. I did a download of the demo content – Site Style 04, now the lamding page does not download properly. I did read the page Need for Speed and installed W3 Total Cache.
2. I cannot find where to insert the text that flies in on the Kadence Slider Pro, as shown in the demo – *Login to see link
