Add link/way to update profile photo on "My Account" page

my best whishes to the young father and whole family first! Enjoy the first days and take your time (and sleep 😉
Once you have some time again, I noticed a thing that’s not best wrt to UX: On the My Account page, e.g. *Login to see link the profile image is very prominent. In most cases (if people did not set up their Gravatar before) it will be the grey default foto.
The problem is, that there is currently no way for the user to change this profile image. I think it would be great if there was some kind of link like Upload Profile Photo which redirects to gravator.com
I think wordpress.com does this pretty good. See *Login to see link The link is only shown on hovering the photo. I guess the wordpress.com UX is something people are familiar with.
Even for users/customers that do not have the default grey photo but a custom one, they might be wondering where this (automagically) comes from (people are paranoid) and it would be good to have the link to gravatar, so that they know (and can possible change the photo setting)
It’s just a suggestion.
